FAQ

Answers to the questions we get most.

THE STUDIO

Yes, to better assist you we are appointment only for all services. This includes shopping for jewelry.

Keep in mind we also ship jewelry and offer local pickup in-studio.

Please take a look at our Pricing Page for more information and to see starting prices.

We are an 18+ only studio.

Unfortunatly not. We only allow one client at a time into the studio. Friends will be asked to wait either outside or in the lobby.

As a general rule we do not accept any outside jewelry. For proper healing of your piercing, we need to ensure your jewelry is made of only the highest quality materials, finishes, and styles.

If you have questions about this policy, please reach out to us!

For any and all returns, please reach out directly to us.

PIERCING QUESTIONS

We want you to heal as quickly and as easily as possible, for this reason we do not offer any more than (3) piercings in a single session.

The first 6 weeks of healing is the most important! During this time your piercing is still considered an open wound and needs to be kept dry. Avoid submerging your piercing in open bodies of water for the first 6-8 weeks minimum.

For most piercings rings are rewards! For optimal healing (with the exception of Septum & Daith piercings) we highly suggest healing with a "stud" and upgrading to a ring once healed.

Just like rings, chains and charms are installed once your piercing is healed enough. We do not install chains or charms on any fresh piercing.

Yes! All piercings need a checkup / downsize. All piercings swell and we need to accomodate for this swelling with a longer jewelry backing. Once the swelling subsides we recommend installing a shorter backing to avoid any issues with healing.

Although we aren't medical professionals, we are piercing professionals and can safely say piercing irritation is way more common than infection.

Most irritation bumps are from continued pressure to your healing piercing caused by things like sleeping directly on your piercing, touching it, hitting it, etc.

If you feel your piercing isn't healing well, we recommend booking a "problematic checkup" with us. Never try any DIY internet remedies.
